my medical school classmate wrecked my car when she borrowed it. luckily, my insurance agreed to pay the value of my car, but my premiums will go up. also, i had a $500 deductible. who should pay this - my classmate or me? what makes the situation difficult is that she is a collegue of mine, and we work together every day. is there a nice way of broaching this topic with her?
