California-

I just caused some minor damage to a Toyota Tacoma today, but it should still come out to 1500-$2000. He got my information but he did not give his insurance information. Can somebody tell me what my options are. I have liability only and their was no damage to my car.

Thank You

still report it to your own carrier. Did the other driver say they had no insurance or did you fail to ask for insurance information?

If you have the financial minimum requirements of California, you should have at least $5k in property damage coverage. PD coverage is for damage caused to other vehicles/objects.
