What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Louisiana

I was in an accident mid 2009. I have been suffering with severe back and hip spasms. I have been laid off, etc due to this accident because I am unable to perform. I am not able to get any financial assistance from my attorney although he knows the defendents policy limits. I am in jeopardy of loosing everything because I can't get clearance from my doctor. I feel like they just worried about the money and I'm the one in pain. I have not had an mri or anything. Im just told to continue to go to dr visits and every two weeks that still leave me in pain. What should I do?

I'm ready to give up. My life is ruined.:(

Your lawyer can't get you any money until your treatment is complete. If you don't think your treatment is working, you need to address that with your doctors.
