My sister needs help!

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?IL[list]
[/liMy sister had an accident, she was making a u turn on a small two-way street. The young lady she had the accident with talked her into not filing a report right then and there because of some reason with her insurance company. My sister has full coverage. They tried to work it out just among the two of them but my sister felt like she was being used. my sister tried to call the young ladies insurance information she was given but the co. says her insurance was expired on the 12th and they had the accident on the 15th. The young lady keep calling and making threats to sue and insist that she has insurance but she was expired but in the process of renewing. My sister made a police report as a hit and run and contacted her own insurance co. and made a claim as a hit and run because she was listening to the young lady about her situation trying to help her out. What should she do at this point? Can the young lady sue my sister or my sister's insurance co.? How can she resolve this issue? This is a real mess! st]

since no one know who is at fault, who can predict any outcome?

your sister already turned it over to her insurance. let them take care of it.
