Nebraska no fault law???

What is the name of your state? Nebraksa
I slipped on ice and hit into the back of a car stopped at a stop light. I got a ticket for following to close and was told that a ticket had to be issued to someone. Is this true?

I think you may be confusing a no fault accident when it comes to automobile insurance.

The conditions of the road and you following too close caused you to collide with the person in front of you. The fact that you received a ticket for following too close would be appropriate.
