Need Advice

What is the name of your state?Arizona

My 17-year-old son asked a friend of his to help him pickup his car, they used my truck to get to his car ( I was unaware of this arrangement). His friend then proceeded to get in an accident in my truck. The driver was sited with a failure to control speed to prevent a collision ticket. We contacted my insurance company and found out that we are responsible party for the accident since our vehicle was involved. What are my legal rights, it seems the driver should have some responsibility in this matter. Any help would be appreciated.

Your insurance is responsible for this. You will have to sue the driver in small claims court to recover your damages.
