hello,
I am seeking a legal person to me in making an appeal in a recent civil suit that I lost,
my attorney would not allow me to go back on the stand with vital info he said that we already rested our case, I am left a crippled woman as a result of a dr's mistake, I am told that I can do my own appeal, but I need to have some help me, please help if you can
Donna , I live in Orange County N.Y.

My response:

Donna, the only suggestion I can give you is to quickly find a Law Book Store, and ask for books on "Appellate Practice and Procedure" for your State.

You see, there are volumes written on that subject; and in essence, what you are asking is:

"Can someone please put me through law school?"

Good luck, Donna.
