Hit by Semi. Underwent 1.5 years of medical care. Reached 90% MMI according to one provider. State Farm is the carrier. Insured Trucking company. Mainly neck, back and headache injury. 33 years old. Can someone provide settlement guidelines? |

The victim was released with no injury. This happened over a year ago.
The guy is just trying to ride the money train.
