| If you are injured, you may be out of luck as far as medical bills are concerned since your auto insurance would have primary responsibility for that (that's what no fault means). It also means that you most likely won't be able to get anything for pain and suffering from the other party, but you can *probably* still get reimbursed for actual cost of medical bills. You can still claim your property damage as normal. However, if the police/dmv find out that you were driving without insurance, your license can also be suspended. |
