Need help for niece

What is the name of your state?tx
ok to make a long story short=my niece was rear ended by a 17 yr old driver-she was hurt and so was the passenger in the 17 yr old girls car= mind u my niece was at a dead stop waiting to turn into her fiancees subdivision and the girl didnt even try to stop-they hired a atty and was sent to the chiro and the dr released her way too early-so she went to another one who said she never should have been released cause she is still having alot of pain in her neck and her back.the atty told her that she has to continue seeing the 1st chiro but he released her early and is not understanding that she is still in pain. the insurance company is usaa(military) and they are wanting to settle on the car right now and not pay what the car is worth. the atty told them that he cant get involved with the car part just medical- our problem is she is only 20 and still in alot of pain. never had any kind of pain before like this until the wreck.the atty is refusing to let her go to the other chiro and all the atty seems to worry about is gettnig this resolved asap no matter what . what can she do. they have a signed contract with the atty and since he seems to not be doing his job does she have the legal right to fire him and hire another atty. also-she lost her job over the wreck also.
any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Call USAA directly and ask for a supervisor in the auto claims department. Explain the situation to him or her and request they assign another attorney to your case.

You're not required to close a medical file on a claim just because the carrier wants it closed. If they try to force you to close the claim, threaten to report them to the insurance commissioner in your state.

Good luck.
