California:
I was in a minor hit and run I got the persons License Plate number, when I went to the police station they told me it was not worth writing a report, I was upset, my insurance would not even file a claim because the damage was minor. I want this person to pay for the damage done, I have there license plate number how can I get their contact information? Thank you |
