The other day I had to break suddenly due to an obstruction in the road. The passengwer side seatbelt of the RENTAL CAR FAILED and broke loose, my roomate hit the winshield and he was injured. The alignment on the rental car was also bad as well as the side window radio etc. We believe that the car was rented to me w/out passing the proper safety checks, thus proving severe negligence on the part of the rental car company, any advice, concerns encouragement etc.

Do you see that writing in RED, above? Without a State name, we can't even attempt to assist you, if we're even able to assist you at all. Laws are different everywhere.
