Negotiate Medical

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Washington. My wife negotiated a settlement from the other drivers insurance, for her injuries suffered from an accident two years ago. I know from past accidents, our attorney had negotiated with our medical insurance to reduce their reimbursement. I don't know on what basis he did that; does anyone have suggestions on how to do that?
