New vehicle with major damage

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

My Chevy truck is less than a year old. Repair shop estimated the damage at around $10,000 (blue book value at around $21,000). With this much damage, I don't believe that my truck will ever be the same. Is there anything that I can do about this?

You can trade it in after the repairs are done, if your loan will allow it. They are not going to total a car when they can repair it for half as much.
