What is the name of your state? wi
my injury lawyer won't return my calls. my case was supposed to be settled in december, his assistant screamed at me on the phone aobut my case not being a priority nd they'd get to it when they could, she threatened to take my home if i switched lawyers, the attorney called and apologized and said he would handle the case himself and now i haven't heard from him since february. what can i do? can i switch attorney and not have to pay him (he did say we pay only if he wins) help
