no contact hit and run?

What is the name of your state? Oregon

I was a car stopped in the bike lane and a bike was about a block and a half behind me, saw me and tried to pass. The bicyclist's kinda fell, got back up and was ok. I drove off, but now I wonder, could I be charged with hit and run for not trading contact info with the biker? What should I do now? BTW the cyclist did not make and contact with my car and I was at a complete stop.

I don't see where you did anything wrong to cause the cyclist to fall, so there was no need to give him your info. Might have been nice of you to see if he was ok, but not required.
