Texas.

I was involved in what was determined to be a "no fault" accident by the investigating officer. Two (2) vechicles involved. No drugs or alcohol involved. No injuries. The other car owner's insurance is charging me for over $7K in damages. Doesn't "no fault" mean "no liability", and each persons OWN insurance takes care of THEIR OWN damages? If anyone was the "cause" of the accident, it was more the other party as she was the one who pulled out into my lane causing me to rear-end her.
