I WAS INVOLVED IN A 4 CAR ACCIDENT AND THE PERSON THAT CAUSED IT HAD NO INSURANCE AND I WAS NOT IN ANY PAIN DURING THE ACCIDENT BUT A COUPLE DAYS LATER I STARTED FEELING PAIN. I HAVE NOT GONE TO THE DOCTORS YET. THIS HAPPENED 6 DAYS AGO AND I AM GOING TO THE DOCTORS TOMORROW. IF I SUE THIS PERSON WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO HAVE A CASE BECAUSE I DID NOT GO TO THE DOCTORS RIGHT AWAY? WHAT ARE THE LAWS FOR THIS KIND OF SITUTATION?I RESIDE IN COLORADO
