I was involved in an accident in Burlington County, NJ. My car and the other drivers car are both totaled. I hold a TN drivers license and registration. I currently do not have insurance. The other driver is from NJ and does have insurance. What is likely to happen if this is a no fault accident (I'm under the impression that is how it works in NJ)? Will her insurance pay for her car or can/will they sue me and make me pay for it? She was not injured in the accident and neither was I. Thank you for any peace of mind you can give me.
