my son and another high school driver slid into each other at the entrance to the school parking lot in icy snowy conditions. no one was hurt and our 88 toyota corolla suffered no damage at all. The other student driving an 89 buick riviara suffered 1500.00 in damage. no one was hurt.
Neither vehicle had collision insurance, and no citations or tickets where issued by the police to either driver.
The other childs parent is expecting us to pay for the damages. Do we have any legal responsibility to pay for any of their damages under minnesota no fault laws.
