My two boys were helping Mon.The oldest is 17 has a truck with Liability insurance.It is in his and his Dad's name.The 14 yr. old was on the tailgate sitting down with his feet hanging down.17 yr.old took off very slow up a small bump off our property on to the street.14 yr. old we think caught his foot on bump and was pulled off truck hit his back and head on truck and or street.Off to hospital.It was not good.He will be fine in time.Will son's insurance pay part or all? Will Home insur.pay part or all.What is PIP5?PLEASE HELP! Live in Kansas.

Wow. I hope things improve rapidly.

As for the legal aspects, run, do not walk, to a lawyer in your general area who does auto accident or personal injury cases.
