They should have sent you a cancellation notice or someting. But, were you aware of the date your policy would stop? I.e. your renew date? If they cancelled prior to the time you were to renew, you bear no responsibility.
At that point, you need to let them know of their bad faith breach and help you fight the ticket and reinstate your insurance. |
