    no insurance for both parties

What is the name of your state? Illinois

I was hit today. My car skidded as i was trying to cross an intersection and the other driver hit me right on the rear driverside door. Neither party was injured but Neither of us have insurance. My car was damaged a lot worse than his. We exchanged information and agreed not to file a police report. I don't feel that I am liable to pay for his damages. I want to contact him and state so but want to seem as if I've consulted legal representation to get him to back off. How can I best phrase this so that I sound like and say what my Lawyer would want me to in this case. Please advise as the best way to proceed.

    Thank you

"My car skidded as i was trying to cross an intersection "

Is that the normal way you enter intersections? What makes you think you are not at fault?

Yep, sounds to me like you are likely going to get to talk to an attorney all right.... theirs when they sue you for the damages.

    And while we are here:
    1) Was this a controlled intersection (lights, stop/yield signs, etc.)??
    2) If so, what if anything was controlling EACH vehicles entry to the intersection?
    3) And finally.... if it was an uncontrolled intersection, since you got hit on the right side, presumably they were coming from your left, correct??? Or did you do a '180' in your 'slide' and then they hit you??
There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) filed in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.7M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
