What is the name of your state? Missouri
My girlfriend had an accident when she was not insured. In MO insurance is a requirement. She was arrested, and unfortunally, did not appear in court (don't know why). Apparently, she has now been given something that says she has to either appeal the case or she will loose her licence for 30 days. This would prove to be very bad for her as far as her job and such as there is no mass transit avaiable for her.
She has had a clean record until this. She contacted a lawyer and he said that the city does no do appeals.
Suggestions?
