No License/Insurance car accident not at fault

What is the name of your state? Washington

I was involved in a car accident in which the other party was at fault and there is no contesting it, there were witnesses at the scene and they themselves had admitted as much.

My Question: I am now have no vehicle, my lisence was suspended but not due to any traffic violations, I have no insurance and I am injured. I had to go to the hospital and get x-rays, catscans, etc...

Am I still entitled to anything? Is their insurance company still liable for damages that occured to myself and my vehicle even though technically i was not legally in the right for being in control of a motor vehicle to begin with? I have lost wages from being unable to work, and would at least like to get those back...so please if anyone could answer my question that would be great. Thank you.

You are entitled to compensation for your vehicle and for medical expenses. Because you are uninsured, you are not entitled to lost wages or any pain and suffering. You can also expect a ticket with a large fine for driving uninsured plus you will be required to have an SR-22 filing with your proof of insurance (can you say very expesive insurance) to get your license.
