not my fault need help

What is the name of your state? Florida

I was involved in an accident in which someone turned in front of me i swerved to avoid them and struck another car. The only person ticketed was the person who turned in front of me. He received a ticket for violation of right of way.(he admitted this to the police officer). I only have Libility and PIP no collision coverage. I filed a claim with his company, theyu came out and looked at my car acted as if they were going to repair the damage, then today they said they were denying liabilty because their insured told them it really wasn't his fault. So even though he was ticketed and admitted the infraction to the polioce they are denying the claim... Help what now

My response:

Here's what their insured is really saying - - "You want money from me? Sue me and prove your case to a judge."

I am an "anyone", and I am an attorney - - not a potted plant. You received your answer, and that's all you're going to get.
