So some guy decides that he would rather not check for traffic before tuning onto the street I was driving on. Then he says he has no insurance. Then he decides he wants to run! But I got his plates and the cops are on him now. I have liab. insurance only, but am covered for unins. motorists.
The problem is my car has enough damage to be junked, but I want it fixed. And now my neck and shoulder are acting up. What do I do? should I get a lawyer?
