My wife had an accident 2yrs ago. settlement was made 4mo. ago but lately,the chiropractor send us a note that we have a past due bills. we called the chiropractor and informed him that the settlement was already made. we also called the atty. and he said that the chiropractor asking for more money. we called the chiroprator's office and he told us he never agree with the amount our atty. is giving him in the first place. last week, the chiropractor called us and he said he will file a law suit against us in small claim court. what can we do about it? please help
