What is the name of your state? (South Carolina) Someone from New York broadsided me on the 4th of July, 2002. They were in a leased vehicle from Bronx, New York. We have all the pertinent information of the leased vehicle, address, name, etc: but, they will not answer phone calls, messages from my lawyer. I had to make claim against my auto insurance, but was not at fault. How can I force these people to comply across state line. I find this very unfair. And what about the "green sheet" that everyone is supposed to turn in after an accident, how would I know if that was done? Thanx. Zierrah.
