My son, totaled my car, the insurance is going to pay the claim, but not what I think is fair. We were told to check around for replacement value, we did that, we came up with around 13900, the insurance company went out of state to a large town, and got a comparison of 12,600, thats what they are offering, can they go out of state like that? I didn't buy my car there, how can they do a comparison there? thanks
