PA - Safe Auto - They Cashed My Money Order and say they didn't.

I was wondering if you can answer my question.I have sent my Auto Insurance a money order of $110.00 and about a week after that they sent me a cancelation notice of a non-payment of Insurance.I called them and said that I have sent out my money order.they kept saying that they didn't receive it.because they canceled me I have lost my cleaning jobs and that put me under alot of stress...I put a trace on the money order from the postal service and they sent me a copy of the cashed money order showing that my auto Ins.Comp.has cashed the money order.they cashed it 5 days after I sent it out to them...what do I do about getting back my money from them and can I press charges against the Insurance Comp.for the stress and for my money...thank you J.L.

They have not committed any crime for you to "press charges" against them. You send them a copy of the cancelled money order and make sure they reinstate your policy with no lapse.
