What is the name of your state? Arizona

I know this question has probably been asked loads of times, but how do you put a "price" on pain and suffering with an injury?

I know soon will come the time for me to settle my claim.....and this is an issue that will come up during the process.

If only there was a "magic calculator"! What you think you are owed will never come close to what they will offer.

In addition: Here are a few questions for you:

Do you have a personal injury attorney?

Are you currently seeing a doctor for these injuries?

Will there be future treatments?

Many variables to calculate what is "fair". A local PI attorney would be better at advising you.

I did see a doctor and was just released from care, 6 weeks of physical therapy.

I do not have a personal injury attorney.
We don't expect any further treatment.
