Parked Car!!!!!

My truch was hit by a construction vehicle. It was parked on the correct side of the road. ANd now the frame is bent and their insurance company is saying it is fixable. According to all body shop techs I know a frame isn't as stable or the vehicle isn't as good as it was before I was hit. Isn't it my right to have the vehcile returned to me in the original condition prior to the accident.

most times if it is done proerly a frame can be like new, said most times and it aint cheap. insurance co reserves that right. i know you wish it was totaled so you could get it replaced but it rarely works in your favor. must of been a new truck.

Even though the value of my truck has dropped dramatically because of the accident. Shouldn't I have hte right to have my truck return to me in the original condition? Since I was at 0% fault. What about my resale value and my payments and my insurance. I will be paying for something that isn't worth half as much as it was before.

Another thing.....if I pushed it enough couldn't the insruance fix my truck and buy it outright so I won't lose any money.??? so then they can try to sell it for what it is worth?
