parked car hit & run

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Massachusetts
If my car was parked on a street or shopping center lot with no one in it. When I went back to my car and found that it was hit and run accident. Do I pay the deductable? Does this affect my driving record? Do I get a surcharge?
