parking lot collision

What is the name of your state? MO I was involved in a collision in a parking lot while driving down the main exit from the major store in the parking lot which the police report states is a designated driving lane. A vehicle came from the side in another designated drving lane into my path. The other vehicle's lane ends when it connects with the one I was on and turns into parking area on the other side of my lane. The lady driving the other car, which was not hers, told me that her license is revoked and that she is on probation for continuing to drive after her license was revoked. She had the owner's permission as he came from the restaurant she had just left to exchange info. She had a passenger. I was alone. There were no injuries.I've been told $4500 to repair my car. Their insurance company is giving us the run around. As far as I know, she was not issued any kind of summons. Is there any thing I can do?

make a claim with your own insurance company to fix your car. Then let your insurance company seek reimbursement from the other owner's insurance company.

My response:

Scarlet, do you mean to tell us that you needed someone to tell you to contact your own insurance company?
