What is the name of your state? California

So i was in a parking lot trying to park my vehicle when this lady popped out of nowhere and stood in front of my car. i asked here what she was doing and she snapped back with a rude remark that i could not park there and she just stood there. I was kinda caught by surprise that someone would actually be walking around standing in open spaces that it took me a couple of seconds to realize what she was doing. Before i realized it she pushed her self into the side of my car and threatened that she was going to sue me for hitting her. She went on and on about how that was assualt and she had taken my license plate number and was going to call the cops and sue me. I was shocked and was saying to myself "whatever lady" But then later i thought about it and wondered if she really could do that. You hear about people all the time suing people for anything and i was kinda concerned if she could actually do that. Should i be worried or should i just forget about it?
