payment for damages

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? I live in Illinois. Some minor damage was done to our home by a company and the operations manager has agreed to paying for repairs. He has seen the estimates and has said to get the repairs and have whichever company I have chosen bill his company. I am skeptical about doing this as there is no guarantee that he will pay after the work is done. How should this be handled?

Get his 'confession' of causing damages and agreement to compensate for their repair in WRITING. And be sure that the party signing the agreement has the authority by employer to do so.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
