What is the name of your state? TN I was attending a racing event on private property when another spectator hit me driving a golf cart and pushed me into a trailer, then left the scene of the accident. The park officials took a accident report, and tried to find the man with no luck. The park allows people to bring golf carts, four-wheelers, etc. into the RV section with only restrictions being the RV section and parking lot (where this happened) What should I do about hospital bills and loss of work?
