I live in Maine.

My child has a bike jump in the back yard. Recently, a child was showing off and hurt himself jumping off it on his bike. If I have the parents of the children who will be using the jump sign permission slips stating that I am not responsible for any injury caused by using the ramp, would that free me from any chance of being sued if someone gets hurt? If not, what would I have to do to keep from being sued, other than removing the ramp?
