Good evening, I read the section where it says not to allow them to have your medical records, well unfortunally I have. Does this ruin my chances of a just compensation for pain and suffering? Also, I am still seeing a therapist for my hand, back, and neck. They are paying the medical directly to the provider. They are trying to get me to settle right now. It's almost been a year and still experiencing pain. How should I handle this matter and what kind of personal injury compensation should I ask for. I am a very honest person but when I received they amount I just about died! I could not believe it!
Please help me, thank you very much and happy Thanksgiving to all in your office.

Robin
