Taking someone to court is not the objective. Collecting money for the injury is. Lawyers handle these cases on a contingency basis -- you pay out of what they help you collect. Go to an accident or personal injury lawyer and ask. IF s/he takes the case, the lawyer will try to reach everyone who may be at fault, the bar, the guy who fell, and the person who pushed him.
