i went to a local bar after drinking all day at a party.i was standing behind someone that fell on me.he broke my ankle. do i have the right to take this to court.if so who him or the bar.
Taking someone to court is not the objective. Collecting money for the injury is. Lawyers handle these cases on a contingency basis -- you pay out of what they help you collect. Go to an accident or personal injury lawyer and ask. IF s/he takes the case, the lawyer will try to reach everyone who may be at fault, the bar, the guy who fell, and the person who pushed him.
