I am about to receive a personal injury settlement. I received a bill from a physical therapy office which was twice what they told me. I don't think I should pay this bill out of settlement, since I don't agree to amount. What is my legal recourse? Thanks

You owe the bill. You can attempt to negotiate with the doctor's office, but ultimately, it is your responsibility.
