A pharmacist gave the wrong dose of a drug on the label. This caused a drug overdose. Ended up in the er. No permanent damage. Can I be compinsated for more than the cost of the hospital visit? I live in VA.
This happened at a large chain pharmacy. What law could I sue under? NEGLIGENCE? Pain and suffering? He spent his birthday in the hospital. Party had to be cancelled. Whole thing was bad experience for a 6 year old.
