I live in San Diego and received a traffic ticket for running a red light? It was taken by a camera and the pictures were sent to me in the mail with a court date to appear. Is there any way to fight this? I have been told it is unconstitutional because you cannot see your prosecuter? Is there any court cases that I may be able to read up on?
In need of good advice,

The California Supreme court upheld the use of cameras as a traffic enforcement device. There will be a representitive of the agency that issued the ticket in court. Guilty as charged.
