physical head injury

What is the name of your state? Arizona

i banged my forhead very hard on a low hanging heavy leaded light fixture in a restarant. the head bang caused me to snap my head back injuring my neck, similar to whiplash. i left the place neausiated & returned home. took some medication & went to bed. the next day i had a forhead bruise the length of my thumb, neck pain & a nasty headache. i filed an incident report with the company & they called me saying their insurance company would be calling me. this has happened & i would like to know if i can ask for restitution for the injury. if so, how much is within the norm?. i would appreciate any suggestions.

thank you

Your lucky, I have $86.31 on me today. That sounds like a fair amount.

Rich, the most you can hope for is having your medical bills covered. It appears you didn't incur any, therefore the insurance company is not likely to settle.

I have a wonderful life. Great paying job, wonderful wife, 3 grandkids and another on the way. And when anyone comes to this forum asking how much money they should get, I always post the amount of money I have on me at the time. If you were thinking of making a killing on your little booboo, you are sadly mistaken. I had to buy gas this morning so now your offer is only $73.15.
