i live in pa. my son was seriously hurt in mva where driver of car my son was in pleaded guilty to dwi/speeding/3 counts wreckless endangerment/failure to keep right. is it easier to win a pi lawsuit against a guilty drivers insurance comp. have a lawyer. it has been 7 mnths since accident and he will be sentenced at end of april after presentence investigation. thanks for all your help!!!

Much easier because the conviction shows negligence/guilt. Hence, unless the insurance company is attempting bad faith and try to worm their way out, you should expect a settlement offer.
