My 20-yr old daughter (college student) was recently killed in a plane crash - along with three other family members (my sister, my niece, my brother-in-law). My brother-in-law was the pilot. Although, the final report is not complete - speculation is pilot error.

The estate will be worth approx. $2.5 million dollars. I do believe I will be able to settle with the heirs. But I have no clue was is "usual & customary" in these matters.

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.
