I was hit by a drunk driver, and bent my frame, now when the frame is bent I know it will be difficult to sell my car again. This truck is new and I have not made one payment on it as of yet. The adjuster from his company came and looked at the truck and said I would probably get $3000. but to take it to a collision shop. Now can I sue for the entire cost of my truck??
