Please HELP with a Final Judgement?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida...
Hi, back in November 2006 I was involved in a car accident. Just a day after I had changed my insurance and 3 days before paying off my car. I uhaul being driven by a 20 year old girl whom had just gotten here to the states, ran a light, I was on a main road and she was turning into it... she thought of making a uturn but did not make it so decided to go straight, that is when I was comming and did not have time to stop, so she crashed into me pushing my car forward about half a block and she crashed into this homes front yard concrete block fence wall. Even though I was not guilty still the homes insurance company came after me for charges of the cost of the rebuilding of the fence. However, the reconstruction of it would only cost no more than $650 but these people are charging over 17k. They claim that I had a lapse of insurance for 24 hour because I had just changed converage. So because of that, then regardless they say that the accident is considerd MY FAULT! is this true? Because, here is the realty of it all... I HAVE NOTHING TO MY NAME ANYMORE. I lost my home to foreclosure in 2007, my car was totaled thanks to the accident, lost my job, so .. I picked up my kids and moved to south america, PERU! while i was in peru, I came to find out much later, they were sending me notices, but I was not in the USA to recieve them or even know about them. When I cam back in late July of last year, someone staying at my parents housein early June recieved a summons against me from this company. When I found out, I spoke to the atorneys secretary and she stated that I needed to speak with them. Since then I have tried to contate her but with no luck. Hoever now this comany LIBERTY MUTUAL INS CO has placed a FINAL JUDGEMENT and the court seems to have approved it...and they are asking for and afidavit of interest and cost from me. My question is... what can I do to stop this... can they relinquish my small bank account, or my wages... can they suspend my drivers license if this has nothing to do with my driving? What can I do,? is there sometype of motion that i can file and stop this... cause I have no money, I am on foodstamps... and work feelance. Please let me know pleaseeeeeeee

Once the judgement was granted, it became too late to argue it wasn't your fault.
