What is the name of your state? tx

my friend needs advice about an mri , she was rearended by a garbage truck while stopped at a light.. all his fault...
shes went to theropy and medications.. she was now sent to get mri showed up

1. mild marrow edema
2. cyst on shoulder bones caused by impact (no surgery)
3. minimal cervical spondylosis


are these any problems the wreck gave her to be worse than typical soft tissue problem...

please dont just say hire a lawyer ... she just needs some advice on how serious insurance adjusters and lawyers take these things even though their mild ....

what has her doctor said about the MRI results? is her treatment going to change in any way?

he has said that no surgeryis in view for now...

will be if it gets worse years later... will try a brace and continue pain killers anti inflamm, and relaxers..

and could have to from now on when it acts up and some mornings of stiffness from any over activity from now on...

what % should she go by or just help in any way... or will they just see it as a soft tissue thing and not much more ...
